For Defective items, please just send us an image of defective item via email or chat and we will refund you with no question ask. If an item is not needed but in working condition please go ahead and return them for refund.

For returns, we take returns within 60 days of purchase with no question ask.

We do not take any exchange request. All returned items will be processed and refund instead.

We do not provide return label under any circumstance. Upon arrival of your returned package we will count returned items and refund you for same amount spent on original order.
