Clearance Products Guideline:
Definition of Some Terms used below:
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit
VD: Volume Discount
WTD: Wholesale Tier Discount
OLP: Original Listed Price
BIA: Buy it All
MOQ: Min Order Quantity
DU: daily units sold since product’s launch/listing day.
DOS: days on shelf that shows how many days a product has been stocked.
DTSI: the days to sell all inventory on one product.
Definition of Finished Products:
Earrings / Rings / Bracelets / Anklets / Necklaces / ROLL Chains are categorized as Finished Products
ROLL Chain is a component product but due to its attribute ROLL chain will be categorized as finished product for MOQ purpose.
Certain ROLL Chains the MOQ would be less.
Definition of Component Products:
Beads / Charms / Pendants / Connectors / Findings are categorized as Component Products
Certain findings will have more MOQ requirement.
Clearance Products include:
Now only Class E and F products are on clearance.
Class E products: DU<0.3, DOS>90, DTSI<365.
Such products Will be on sale with 20% marked down from original listing price.
Class F Products: DU<0.3, DOS>90, DTSI>365.
Such products Will be on sale with 30% marked down from original listing price.

In addition to the discount for all wholesale customers the 60-day return policy applies to clearance products as well.
We want to ensure you are safe by purchasing clearance products.
Buy it all on clearance products:
For example, charm A is on clearance and inventory left is about 90 pcs. We are willing to offer another 40% off if a customer decides to buy it all. Thus, the total discount is 58% off from the original listing price.
This option only works when a customer takes all existing inventory for sku. In exchange for a huge discount, we want to rearrange the warehouse bin-box to further increase efficiency so customers must take all existing inventory to qualify for this discount.
Clearance Products restocking and price adjustment one sold out:
Clearance Price is effective only when we have clearance products in stock. Once sold out these products can only be purchased at original listed price (AKA Compare at Price). MOQ on Finished Products is 50pcs and on component products are 100pcs.
Clearance Products can be restocked within the usual time frame, which is 3-4 weeks.
For certain components it may not be possible to restock, or restocking time is longer than usual.
For Certain Findings products the MOQ would be more. Usually when Findings are sold in pack or the listing price is <$1, MOQ on these products will be higher.
For Certain ROLL Chains the MOQ would be less. When originally listed price on a roll chain is over $20 MOQ requirement then will be 25 yards instead of 50 yards.
