Some of you are confused on whether the discount tier applied or not.
Here is the easy way to check on it.
#1. Use another browser and check on item price, for example U430 is now $3 each.
#2. Log in with your account
#3. Check what is the price for U430, for example if you are on 20% tier U430 should show $2.4 instead of $3
#4. Thus your discount applied correctly.
For New arrival products we would need to adjust VD manually. Usually takes us about 1-2 weeks after the listing had been posted.
Note that VD and Wholesale Tiers do not stack, but we always provide max discount possible. Thus if your tier is 25% VD for 25/50 will not apply but 100/200 will. Even if QTY is below 50 your discount is still 25% on such item.
Please note that Volume discount is per single SKU Basis. In some cases if you are looking for VD for products under one listing please do contact us for adjustment. So far there is no other option to auto apply for this situation.

Next Tier Adjustment will happen on June 2025. Purchase amount will be based on from June 2024 to June 2025.
